What if I don’t know the square footage?
You can start with the room and what you would like to change. Approximate measurements help, but GCK can help you confirm the size before quoting.
Is a planning estimate a final quote?
No. A planning range is provisional. Measurements, surface conditions, preparation and material choices must be reviewed before a written quote confirms the scope and price.
Can my project include more than one service?
Yes. Tell us about the whole project, such as a basement with a bathroom or new flooring with stairs. We review the work together and confirm the included services and responsibilities in the written quote.
When would the work start?
Timing is confirmed after reviewing the scope, material requirements and availability. A request or project brief does not reserve a start date or book a visit.
