For supported standalone flooring, sanding, stairs and epoxy, review the current project estimate and explicitly accept its price range before a visit. If your scope cannot be priced online, including a full basement, bathroom or similar larger renovation, request a phone call with David and share your preferred time. No online estimate or budget acceptance is required. GCK confirms the call time through human follow-up; a preference is not a booking. David reviews scope and pricing on the call, then decides any later site visit.
